A trial date is set for a Gloucester County woman charged in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot. According to the Gazette-Journal Melody Steele-Smith is due in U.S. District Court on Monday, Nov. 14. Steele-Smith is free on her own recognizance. She faces 5 charges from her arrest 2 weeks after the riot which prosecutors say resulted from posting photos taken inside the Capitol on social media.
