Construction of a new housing subdovision gets the green light from the town of Warsaw. According to News on the Neck the project from StyleCraft Homes is proposed for an area off the Bypass that’s bordered by Scott Town Rd. Richmond Rd., and Hamilton Blvd. About 80% will be single-family detached homes plus townhomes and single-family homes operating on the surface level. The subdivision will also have a pavilion, walking area, and a number of pocket parks.
