Westmoreland County receives a $680,000 grant to help pay for a well replacement project. According to Westmorland News the Community Development Block Grant from Virginia’s Department of Housing and Community Development was awarded about a month ago after the county went through the application process and held a public hearing. Now that the money is in hand the next step is to get project bids.
