The suspect in a Westmoreland County shooting last November where bullets struck an unoccupied school bus will be in court next month to set a trial date. According to Westmoreland News prosecutors dropped several charges against Rayqwan Ball of Lancaster but he still faces 4 felonies including maliciously shooting at an occupied vehicle, maliciously shooting into an occupied building, attempted malicious shooting and destruction of property. Ball is still held at the Northern Neck Regional Jail.
