The Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office donates bullettproof vests and vest carriers to a volunteer organization supplying those items to Ukranian fighters. According to a tweet from the King George County Sheriff’s Office the vests were picked up from their office by Richmond-based nonprofit “Lift-Up Ukraine” who expect to have then distributed to fighters by this weekend.
