White Stone Man Takes Plea Deal In Drug Morder Case

A White Stone man charged with murder in the drug overdose deaths of 2 people takes a plea deal. According to the Rappahannock Record Philip Ethan Dean pleaded guilty to two counts of involuntary manslaughter and distribution of a controlled substance in the 2020 deaths of “Andy” Pittman III and Shawna Lynn Pfarr of Weems. As part of the plea deal Dean will be in jail for 10 years.
