The Three Rivers Health District reports that COVID-19 cases are on the rise again after leveling off over the past few weeks. The district is seeing about 10 new cases per day which still is at a low level according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The BA.2 sub-lineage of the Omicron variant is the dominant COVID-19 variant in the United States and Virginia.
