Gloucester County’s Spring 2022 Hazardous Waste Collection event is April 16 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Hayes Convenience Center. It is open to only residents and property owners in Gloucester County. Prohibited items include latex paint, car batteries, radioactives, smoke detectors, medical waste, medications, ammunition and explosives. Commercial quantities, quantities that exceed a reasonable residential household amount, and hazardous waste generated by businesses will not be accepted.
