The Lancaster By The Bay Chamber of Commerce is conducting a no-cost active shooter workshop at the Lancaster Community Library this Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until noon and 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. The workshop taught by the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services provides strategies, guidance and a proven plan for surviving an active shooter event.
