Middlesex County’s Board of Supervisors learns the cost for the new wastewater collection system in Deltaville is significantly lower than original estimates. According to the Southside Sentinel that’s because the design uses what’s called a low pressire wastewater collection system as opposed to a vacuum system. The county is working with the Hampton Roads Sanitation District on the project which is to be completed by 2024.
