On Tuesday the Rappahannock Community College Educational Foundation posthumously presented the inaugural Dr. Ralph D. Elliott award to Dr. Jason E. Perry who served as the college’s Vice President of Workforce Development and later as Vice President of Learning. The award is named for Dr. Ralph D. Elliott, a Richmond County native and a 1962 Warsaw High School graduate. Dr. Elliott commented that Dr. Perry was an “academic entrepreneur who understood the importance of community engagement and mentorship.”
