The Rappahannock Community College Educational Foundation presents a new award to recognize excellence in workforce credential and continuing education instruction. It is named for Dr. Ralph D. Elliott, a Richmond County native and a 1962 Warsaw High School graduate, The 2022 award is presented posthumously to Dr. Jason E. Perry who worked at Rappahannock Community College as the Vice President of Workforce Development and eventually as Vice President of Learning.
