Gloucester County Public Utilities announced it recently adjusted the balances owed on delinquent accounts by removing any Late Penalties greater than 10% of the charges for water and/or sanitary sewer service. Those adjustments are reflected in the water/sewer bills mailed this month. Customers which still have a delinquent balance need to sign up for a repayment plan on or before May 20 to avoid interruption of service
