A woman from Gloucester is found dead off the coast of Roanoke Island in North Carolina. According to the Dare County Sheriff’s Office a kayaker found the body of Lori Ann Stone and contacted authorities. An autopsy was ordered to determine the cause of death. The Sheriff’s office says foul play is not suspected and that it was an isolated incident. The investigation is continuing.
