Town of Kilmarnock officials expressed their thanks to area fire departments for their response to last month’s fire on Irvington Road. Last Friday Mayor Mae Umphlett presented each of the four responding fire departments, Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department, White Stone Volunteer Fire Department, Upper Lancaster Volunteer Fire Department and Fairfields Volunteer Fire Department, with a donation check.
