The Lancaster County Democratic Committee meets at 7:00 p.m. this Monday in Los Patrones Mexican Restaurant on N. Main Street in Kilmarnock. First Congressional District Democratic Committee Chair Dianne Carter de Mayo is the keynote speaker. A graduate of the College of William and Mary with a B.A. cum laude, Dianne received the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Award for outstanding female graduate. She received her J.D. as Clarence Darrow Scholar from the University of Michigan.
