The Rappahannock Group Sierra Club presents a farm near Montross with its Living Green Award. According to Westmoreland News the award was presented to Grapewood Farm last month in recognition of its nature-friendly and sustainable farm practices. The 130-acre farm specializes in organic small grains and stone-ground flour. It distributes its grains and flours to artisan bakeries, restaurants, commercial pasta makers, home bakers and farmers markets.
