Northern Neck Electric Cooperative annoounces 3 students in its service received $1,000 scholarships from the Education Scholarship Foundation of the Virginia, Maryland & Delaware Association of Electric Cooperatives.They are Kaylee Donovan of Montross,Luke Swann of Lottsburg and Andrew Warder of King George. 50 scholarships were awarded this year and since 2001, the Foundation has provided approximately 840 scholarships totaling more than $860,000.
