Rappahannock Community College student and Colonial Beach resident Quinton Thomas is chosen as the student speaker for this year’s Virginia Foundation for Community College Education annual luncheon. Thomas was chosen from amongst all the Commonwealth’s community colleges. RCC nominated Dr. Stuart and Mrs. Cammie Flanagan to receive the Foundation’s 16th Annual Chancellor’s Award for Leadership in Philanthropy. The Flanagans have donated $2.7 million to RCC.
