On Thursday the Tappahannock Art Gallery holds an opening reception for its new exhibit called “Barbara M. Collins: The Artist at Work”. Collins is a 95-year-old watercolor artist and is a founding member of the Central Virginia Watercolor Society and a founding artist member of the Arts Center in Orange, VA where she has lived since 1980. The opening reception is from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the gallery on Pr9ince St. The exhibition is open until July 5
