A covicted sex offender faces new charges after exposing himself on Gloucester Point Beach. Police say it happened last Tuesday night near the fishing pier and an investigation determined in addition to indecent expoosure the 51-year-old man from Hayes also touched himself. He was found in the water and booked into jail on no bond. According to police the man is charged with 2 counts of indecent exposure, public intoxication and drinking alcohol in public. Additional charges may be brought.
