DMV Wants To Know ‘How Was Your Service, and What Can They Do Better’

The next time you visit a DMV office to complete a transaction you’ll be asked to take a survey rating your service provider. It’s part of an department initiative to deliver superior, responsive service to Virginians. Customers can also scan a QR code on the way out the door of a DMV customer service center that links to an online survey where they can rate their experiences and share their thoughts.
