Amateur Radio Operators in the Northern Neck are participating in a drill from 2 p.m. June 25 to 2 p.m. June 26, to practice and demonstrate their emergency communications skills. According to the Rappahannock Record drill organized by the Rappahannock Amateur Radio Association takes place at the Mid County Volunteer Rescue Squad on Northumberland Highway in Heathsville. The event is free and open to the public.
