This is Family Boatbuilding Week at the Deltaville Maritime Museum. According to the Southside Sentinel this once-a-year event brings in people from all over the country to build a boat in one week that they can take home. You can watch the “build” families work “hands on” and share a wonderful experience on the museum’s waterfront.
