This November voters won’t have to again cast ballots for House of Delegates candidates now that a lawsuit seeking those contests is dismissed. According to the Associated Press a panel of 3 federal judges determined the plaintiff’s claims that elections needed to be redone because redistricting hadn’t been completed lacked standing. Attorney General Jason Miyares praised the decision saying the 2021 elections were legal and constitutional.
