Kilmarnock’s second annual Salebration Days will be held held Friday and Saturday. Kilmarnock Museum president Carroll Lee Ashburn tells the Rappahannock Record one lucky shopper will win $1,000 cash just for shopping in the Northern Neck’s “most shopper friendly town”. No purchase is required to register for the cash drawing. Shoppers need to visit one or more Kilmarnock merchants and restaurants displaying the ‘Register Here Sign’ to submit their entries. The prize drawing is next Tuesday.
