The scholarship committee of the Catholic Church of St. Francis de Sales in Kilmarnock, and St. Paul’s Catholic Mission in Hague recently announced the winners of 10 college scholarships for 2022. According to the Rappahannock Record 8 recipients are attending a four-year college and 2 are attending Rappahannock Community College. Over its 20-year history this ministry has presented 213 scholarships.
