Rappahannock Community College conferred an honorary degree at the spring 2022 commencement to Graham H. Neal, Jr. recognizing his significant contributions to the progress and development of RCC and its students. Neal recently retired from Neal Wealth Management of Wells Fargo Advisors in Kilmarnock. “Jack” as he is known by is President of the George and Cornelia Verlander Memorial Foundation and it has given $1.4 million to the RCC Educational Foundation for academic scholarships, workforce credential tuition assistance, and student success initiatives.
