Drivers will encounter delays on the Norris Bridge from next Tuesday through Thursday as routine bridge mainterance takes place. Route 3 will be reduced to a single lane on the bridge. Traffic will be directed to pass through the work zone in a one-way, alternating pattern. Automated flagging assistance devices will direct traffic, with support from a flagging crew. Daily work hours are 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
