The Northern Neck Vegetable Growers Association names the winners of its 2022 scholarships. Ashley Upshaw of West Point received $4,000 while Kelsey Moss from Callao was awarded $3,000. Makaia Haight from Mechanicsville received a $1,000 scholarsgip. Winners from the two-year scholarship program include Henry Howard of Fredericksburg and Bryce Self of Warsaw. Each receives $1,000. The Association is a producer group representing the vegetable industry in eastern Virginia.
