Organizers of a Richmond County 3-day music festival had their permit request unanimously denied for a second time by the Board of Supervisors. According to News on the Neck the permit application denied in May was put on the Board’s June meeting agenda based on guidance from the county attorney. The event was to take place at a private property on Sharps Road and was to feature over a dozen performers. Around 500 people were expected to attend.
