The town of Urbanna could grow by around 20 acres if the Town Council is successful in an annexation plan. The Southside Sentinel reports the council is seeking approval from the Middlesex County Board of Supervisors for a “land boundary adjustment” to annex the land on Virginia Street and Waverly Drive. The council will revisit the proposal when it meets on July 12 at the historic Middlesex Courthouse in Saluda.
