The Virginia Community College System is again searching for a new chancellor after the president of a Michigan college who was named to the role declines the offer. According to CBS6 Henry Ford College head Russell Kavalhuna was tapped to succeed Glenn Dubois who will retire at the end of June. Kavalhuna says he is staying with the Michigan college. The system’s board is launching a national search to select the next chancellor.
