The Town of Warsaw has a new police chief. of Andrew John Hughes Jr. has nearly 3 decades of law enforcement experience most recently with the town of Andrews, South Carolina where he served as Lieutenant over Operations. He has been a supervisor in charge of School Resource Officers, a Juvenile Investigator, and a Field Training Officer. Hughes was chosen from a candidate poll of over 40 applicants.
