The Warsaw Town Council votes to waive the water and sewer connection fees for a new housing subdividion. According to News om the Neck the council voted unanimously for the waiver at the StyleCraft Homes subdivision off the Bypass and bordered by Scott Town Rd. Richmond Rd., and Hamilton Blvd. The developer plans to build 150 units, including condos, townhomes and single-family homes. The fee waiver means the town loses $420,000 in revenue.
