A horse therapy organization relocates to Gloucester County from Arizona. The owner of “Step Up into T.L.C. tells the Gazette-Journal the nonprofit focuses on “traveling the miles to bring smiles” in the form of horse therapy. Step Up began as a carriage company in 1997 then about 10 years later changed to a nonprofit focusing on pet therapy. Horses are brought to people in nursing homes, hospitals and hospice facilities to provide therapy.
