A 16-year-old Essex County boy who fell 30 feet into a well last February is now fully recovered. According to News om the Neck it happened when the teen stepped on the wrong piece of plywood, which gave out beneath his feet. The boy was then partially submerged for up to three hours. First responders had to lower down an oxygen tank, a mask, and a life preserver for the boy before paramedics brought him to safety.
