Belle Isle State Park’s Junior Ranger program takes place August 1, 2 and 3 for those between 6 and 9 years old and on August 8, 9 and 10 for 10-to-14-year-olds. This year’s theme for both sessions is “Wild for Wetlands”. It will introduce participants to the people, animals and habitats within the Chesapeake Bay watershed through natural, historical and cultural resources and will show ways the Junior Rangers can protect and preserve it.
