The Town of Warsaw receives an award from the Garden Club of the Northern Neck for its Boulders project. According to the Rappahannock Record the club’s Beautification Award is given each year to a business or individual recognizing landscaping projects that have enhanced the environment. The Boulders is part of Warsaw’s revitalization project where the town transformed a blighted, and abandoned shopping center into an attractive oasis viewed by all driving through the area.
