Vehicle owners in Lancaster and Middlesex Counties have become victims of catalytic converter thefts. According to News on the Neck there’s been 5 thefts in Lancaster County between July 4 and July 15 and one at a Middlesex County business. Police say the thieves go after trucks because it’s easier to crawl under them. The converters have precious metals which are then resold to scrap dealers.
