National Thrift Shop Day is Wednesday and Seconds Unlimited Thrift Shop on Irvington Road in Kilmarnock invites the community to celebrate with special offers and extended hours. Shop manager Deborah Hall Silvus tells the Rappahannock Record they are offering 50% off of women’s and men’s clothing through Saturday. The Rappahannock General Hospital-owned thrift shop will be open special hours on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. At the conclusion of 2021, Seconds Unlimited celebrated hitting a record annual sales number of over $255,000.
