A retired fireman from Northumberland County is putting his 17th century ‘pirate ship turned house boat’ up for sale. According to 8 News
Dan Corder is asking $49,000 for the vessel. The boat boasts 2 beds and 1 1/2 baths, as well as an outboard motor. Corder has transformed over 2 dozen boats and says this one was abandoned at a marina. He has received calls from as far away as Florida, California and Australia.
