The Northumberland County Elections Office announces new voter cards will be mailed out due to the recently enacted redistricting measures. Electoral board chairman Austin Schmidt tells the Rappahannock Record every registered voter should receive a new card within the next two weeks so if you don’t get one your voter registration information may need to be updated.
