The Virginia Tourism Corporation invited residents to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month whivh runs from September 15 through October 15. It also coincides with the celebration of the declarations of independence in countries like Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Chile and Mexico. Corporation President & CEO Rita McClenny says Virginia has a rich, dynamic Spanish-speaking culture that is infused across the Commonwealth and Hispanic Heritage Month is a wonderful opportunity to support these businesses and artists across Virginia.
