Kilmarnock Man Wins Big In Virginia Lottery

A retired electrician in Kilmarnock is $100,000 richer after winning the top prize in the Virginia Lottery’s “Jokers Wild” scratch-off gane. According to lottery officials it was Scott Blau’s wife who scratched off the ticket while he was on the phone and when she started jumoing around about the win he quickly ended the call. Blau bought the winning ticket at Food Lion in Kilmarnock. There are 2 more $100,000 prizes up for grabs.
