The Lancaster Community Library in Kilmarnock is holding a reception with photographer Ruth Hall Fisher at 6:30 p.m. this Thursday. Library Director Alice Cooper tells the Rappahannock Record this is the first program in the fall series of “A Special Evening With…” events. Fisher has been a featured artist at Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury where she has been employed for 14 years. Her photographs will be on display at the library through the end of the month.
