Mathews Memorial Library Receives Digital Workshop Grant

The Public Library Association awards a grant to Mathews Memorial Library for conducting digital literacy workshops. According to the Gazette-Journal the library received $4,000 for program development and associated costs. The library is one of 160 nationwide to receive grants. Officials say programs will be conducted at the library or at other selected sites. A Computer Basics workshop is set for October, Internet Basics in November, and Email Basics next February.
