Attorney General Jason Miyares joins 17 of his colleages signing a letter urging President Joe Biden to classify fentanyl as a Weapon of Mass Destruction. The letter demands Biden take decisive action in response to the record increase in overdose deaths attributed to the synthetic drug. The AGs say just two milligrams of fentanyl can kill an adult, and it is easily placed in other substances.
