State Police launched a new website bringing attention to cold cases in Virginia. According to 8 News
it has a searchable database with information, photographs, and contact information for unsolved homicides, unidentified persons and missing person cases that are at least five years. State Police are required by law to host the website for Virginia local and state law enforcement agency participation. So far 19 local police and sheriff’s offices are trained to use the site.
