The town of Warsaw again has a new police chief as Andrew Hughes resigned after just a few months on the job. According to News on the Neck Hughes is returning to Andrews, South Carolina to become chief of police. He was the department’s lieutenant of operations and investigations before coming to Warsaw. Assistant Chief Trey Blake is succeeding Hughes as the town’s top cop.
